Workshops in set-dance, sean nós dance, uilleann pipes, bodhrán, fiddle, trad guitar, tin-whistle. Learn a local traditional song in 15 minutes! Exhibition of all kinds of musical instruments which you can try out.
Enjoy the excitement of cannons firing, Celtic warriors charging, musketeers blasting or uproarious street-theatre and then relax with some fine local foods and traditional recipes. The amazing Drogheda Museum and the majestic Tower will be open free all day. Special children’s events. Gates open 1pm. Cannons will be fired at 2pm, 3.30pm and 5pm.
